The AIAG recently released the third edition of their Statistical Process Control handbook. To make it easy to do these charts, we've created a series of templates for Microsoft Excel that will do all of the main SPC charts and others like EWMA and short run charts.

You get the variable charts: XbarR, XMedianR, XbarS, XmR, and EWMA. There are median and short run charts for the XbarR, XbarS and XmR.
